Repairs & Diagnostics

When your laptop or PC is slow, broken, stuck, overheating or simply not behaving, we’ll take a proper look and explain what is happening in plain English.

You do not need to know what is wrong before you come to us. That is what diagnostics are for. We’ll check the problem, talk you through your options and help you decide what makes sense before you spend money.

Home Visits

Some tech problems are easier to solve where they happen — especially printers, Wi-Fi, email, setup issues and devices connected around the home.

A home visit gives you practical help in your own space, without needing to unplug everything or guess what to bring in. If the issue needs workshop testing or repair, we’ll explain that clearly and guide you from there.

Data Recovery

Lost files, missing photos or a drive that will not open can feel stressful, especially when the data matters.

If something has disappeared or stopped working, the safest first step is to stop using the device and ask for advice. We’ll assess what may be possible, explain the risks clearly and handle the next steps carefully.
